15 person sauna made from Western red cedar.
Temperatures range from 80°C to 90°C.
Ice bath
4 person cold plunge pool around 8°C.
Hot Plunge
4 person hot plunge pool around 38°C.
Lounge
Poolside sunbeds, beanbags and a cushioned bench.

Refreshments
Free flow sparkling, ambient or cold water on tap,
complimentary tea and coffee, or coconut water
for purchase.
Towels
Two towels included for every session.
One for the sauna and one to dry off
or lie on by the pool.
